1. Donations

- Donations made to And Alt Foundation are non-refundable, as they directly support our mission of empowering people with disabilities through livelihood programs and skill training.

2. Product Returns and Refunds

- Eligibility: We offer refunds only if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, minor variations are not considered defects.

- Return Window: You may request a return within 5 days of receiving the product. Proof of purchase is required.

- Process: To initiate a return, please email us at andaltfoundation@gmail.com with details and photographs of the defect.

- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed usually within 7-10 business days.

- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or defective.

3. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges due to the limited inventory of handmade products.
