Rooted in Community, Shaped by Ability

Across the Thogaimalai Block in Karur, Tamil Nadu, our skill training and production units create meaningful livelihood opportunities for adults with disabilities and their caregivers. Guided by the principles of Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR), our work is rooted in long-term, skill-focused learning that grows from within communities
and responds to individual abilities.

Pre-vocational
Training Initiatives

Many adults with disabilities in rural areas have had little or no access to formal education or structured work. Our pre-vocational training bridges this gap by building the foundational skills for work and community life.
